Okra Magazine is a new publication which plans to debut in August. It is the magazine of the
Southern Food and Beverage Museum. They plan to publish monthly at first but hope to work up
to a weekly publication.
Stephanie Carter is editor and says she will accept email submissions. Cartoons should be sent to stephanie@southernfood.org. Do not send attachments, rather send her an email with links to a page on your website where she can view the cartoons. The slant is food and beverages, although southern food and beverages would be even better.
