Surprise - One thing that makes us laugh is surprise.
If something completely unexpected happens, either in the drawing or in the gag line,
it evokes laughter. Here is an example.
Tip: Word your gag so that the surprise occurs in the last couple of words. If
the surprise is in the picture, keep in mind that people read from left to right, so have
the surprise element in your picture on the right side.
